A little bit of praise and learning about rest…..
I came to the sanctuary in need of some time away to process some of the changes that have challenged me of recent. For me the sanctuary has been somewhere, over the course of a week, where Mark 6:31 has become a reality. I have come aside by myself to a quiet place, and found rest, peace of mind and reacquainted with my God and Saviour.

( And yes I also enjoyed time on my bike, hiking in the hills and running in the fields, all powered by some really great meals)
