Rhenass Retreat is located on the A3 at the Cronk-Y-Voddy crossroads – for our location map, please refer to our website.
We are located approximately 30 minutes from both the airport and ferry terminal and offer a pick up and drop off service for guests attending the retreat.
Wheelchairs and wheelchair access
At the current time, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users. Corridors and doors are not wide enough and some ground around the house is uneven. Guest bedrooms are on the second floor.
There is ample car parking to the side of the house, with security lighting coming on when dark.
The house sits in an acre of garden which is available for guests to use and enjoy.
To enter the property there are four steps to the front door. However, if this is a concern, access can be gained though the backdoor entrance. The downstairs entrance to all rooms, two sitting rooms, dining room and summer room is flat. Guest bedrooms are accessed on the second floor via a staircase with hand rail on left. Guest rooms have their own en-suites.
The venue has both smoke detectors and a battery operated fire alarm system and is compliant with fire brigade requirements.
Dogs and pets
We only accept assistance dogs – please contact us for further details.
